계정 및 데이터 삭제 요청

Camping Plain 앱 또는 웹사이트 계정을 삭제하려면 아래 버튼으로 이메일을 보내 주세요. 앱을 삭제했거나 로그인할 수 없는 경우에도 요청할 수 있습니다.

요청 이메일에 포함할 내용

비밀번호, 카드번호, 주민등록번호는 보내지 마세요.

처리 절차

  1. 요청 접수 후 계정 소유자 확인을 위해 답변을 드립니다.
  2. 본인 확인 후 계정과 연결된 개인정보를 삭제합니다.
  3. 처리 결과를 요청 이메일로 안내합니다.

삭제 및 보관되는 데이터

계정 정보, 프로필 및 계정과 연결된 서비스 데이터는 삭제됩니다. 다만 계약·결제·소비자 분쟁 등 관계 법령에 따라 보관해야 하는 기록은 법정 기간 동안 분리 보관한 후 파기합니다. 문의 기록은 처리 완료 후 6개월 동안 보관될 수 있습니다.

Account and Data Deletion

To delete your Camping Plain app or website account, email us using the button above. Include the user ID or email associated with your account, but never send your password, card number, or national identification number. We will verify ownership, delete the account and associated personal data, and confirm completion. Records required for legal compliance, transactions, fraud prevention, or disputes may be segregated and retained only for the legally required period before deletion. Inquiry records may be retained for six months after completion.
